Johnny was always available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always called back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I purchased a newly constructed condo, so it wasn’t a straightforward deal. He told me that by going in and highlighting the concerns he had and the research he wanted to do to make sure progress was being made, I wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in.
